CBJ aren't interested in trading Jiricek unless it's an upgrade or an equivalent Jiricek-replacement coming back (since he's the only top-pair potential NHL RD in our system at the moment).

I'd have to imagine CBJ counter with Jiricek + 4OA for 1OA, and the Sharks end discussions there.
