Both of these trades are frankly horrendous, but the Philly one is especially heinous to give away Zegras for a problem contract and a throw away pick.

Devils trade is probably not fair off. Even leans NJD. I think devils probably include a prospect or another piece.

And if Zegras was that cheap, NJD could just add #10 pick for Z and Ducks can skip the Couturier deal.
