Personally don’t care if they are a leaf, so if you could cut the crap that would be great.
Minnesota has to add size to their lineup. They are one of the smallest teams in the league. Robertson is just not a good fit. Liljegren is teetering in no man’s land for size. Ideally, Minnesota would add guys like Perbix (6’4”) to the bottom pair and guys like Necas (6’2”) to the forward group.
You’re not solving any of Minnesota’s needs with your proposal.

Minnesota has Gus-Wallstedt-Fleury. Why would they spend a top 15 pick to add another goaltender?

The buyouts have one year left. We will keep Brodin. And I hate the 10 for Gus+13 trade too, so all around rejection from Minnesota.

That’s like Wild fans saying they’d much rather be targeting Aho than Necas. Yes, true, but neither player is even remotely available.

You’re passing on pick #13 for one year of Boeser? Interesting… I don’t think Minnesota offers anyway. Best to see if Boeser wants to come home via free agency.

Top 6 Forward (Someone like Boldy)

Your offer falls short.</div></div>
Lmao, this is straight up bonkers. I get you're trying to replicate the Matthew Tkachuk trade, but those players were a 29 year 1st line player needing a massive contract and 28 year old top 4 defenseman and a conditional 1st. As you will see, none were a 23 year old top line winger signed for 6 more years at a great rate.
THEN, we get to the part that Brady Tkachuk isn't anywhere as valuable as Matthew was when he was traded.
Boldy + 1st is insane overpayment. Boldy already had a higher rate of production just this past season and he is 1-2 years younger than Tkachuk. Boldy+small add is about right. If you don't like that, we can move on.

Carolina offered Necas and a future 1st. Necas at the time had just come off of a 40 point season for Carolina as a 23 year old and the 1st was expected to be a late pick in that round (it was pick #30). The equivalent would literally be Rossi+2025 1st. You sure you want to go down this path?
I couldn't find anything that said Jordan Kyrou or NJ's 2nd overall pick was offered.

Probably smart to not trade for him at your asking rate. Matthew Tkachuk didn't get young players. He was traded for two 28-29 year olds and a conditional 1st round pick, not to mention he was (still is) just a flat out better player than Brady coming off a 100+ point season at the time of the trade.

Second most penalty minutes across the entire league last year. The year before that he was 3rd. The year before that he was 5th.
To be fair though, a huge chunk of those penalty minutes are game misconducts or fighting majors from Tkachuk going off the rails at the end of games the sens are losing in.
