SJ declines Car and Det trades.

Not sure on the Pit one, but it's fine either way. Rather keep Couture I think if he'll play.

Of course this only works if Couture is ever healthy enough to play again. Probably less than 50٪ chance.

I think DET trade SJS would like -- Can flip Fabbri retained and get a 2nd or 3rd easily.

If the Pens will actually retain on Smith, Tampa Bay probably accepts.

No retention spots so they'd have to pay a 3rd team. SJ might do a mid round 4/5 pick swap for Fabbri alone, but Holl is likely a late 2nd to dump.

no thanks to couture. pens aren’t gonna get older this offseason and they surely aren’t gonna trade for an old washed centerman who’s making 8 million
