Tampa declines. They don't need to downgrade at C, and they are good at LD as well. Beck and the 1st have some value, but not enough for Tampa to improve where they most need, which is a top 4 RD. The fit isn't great positionally for Tampa, even if the value here is solid.

I would, switch Harris for Barron and switch Kidney for Beck. I think the HABS would need to retain 50% on Dvorak. (Then find a 2nd team to retain another 25%, and allow Montreal to pay a 4th to facilitate this move, maybe with the Wings pick in 2025. I think the 2025 first from Calgary (with conditions) has a bit more value than the 2024 1st from Winnipeg, so I would also change that. Finally I would also add the Montreal 3rd in 2024 to entice them more. Tampa would only do this trade if, they are trying to free cap space though..

Can't see TB doing that. Cirelli is too important.

How much is Barron's next contract expected to be, I could see EDM kicking tires on a move like that.

I think this move makes sense for Tampa, they are going to need to make a move to free cap space for Stamkos. Cerilli is a great 2 way player but can eventually be replaced by Beck, with Dvorak taking the role in the short time. Tampa also need young cost effective D, that can play regular minutes which is Harris. Could be replaced by Barron or kove if they rather a RD.

No they don't. The move makes no sense for Tampa. If they need the cap space for other signings beyond Stamkos, Sheary, Jeannot and possibly Perbix will be moved way before Cirelli.

They are more than set on the left, and neither of those RD are close to what they need on the right. Dvorak is at best a 3C on Tampa, and Beck is okay, but nothing special. As I said, Tampa declines because it is a large downgrade at C and not enough to get the actual improvement on defense that they should be looking for this summer.
