Kyrou is probably not worth his $8.125M cap hit as of right now but any trade the Blues make has to be more than a 3LHD and a mid first. Just not enough value to move a player of Kyrou’s caliber. I feel something around Newhook or Dach++ could get it done.

only thing i disagree with is the ++... unless kyrou plays centre, i don't think he'd be much more than dach or newhook imho

Make absolutely no sense for Mtl to move Newhook or Dach. Mtl are looking to add offense not substract talent on nice contract.

Yeah pretty much meant another piece of value not exactly anything major just something STL values to push the trade across the line like a pick or prospect.

I agree there, just think anything else MTL has to offer wouldn’t entice STL. They are trying to get better and rebuild quickly.
