I thought he deserved a two year deal, but solid signing for LAK. He played his way back to being a very solid backup.

Of course it's a good signing. Even if waived and clears, he doesn't affect the cap. Riitch's minor league contract is for 1m also.. Good for Riitch.
I wonder if the Kings want to have Portillo promoted to the NHL next October.

Great signing. I thought that the Kings would have him back, but thought it might cost up to 50% more.

Very Good Signing. He’s a 2nd/3rd Goalie at this point, but proved he can step up and be your #1 if need be too

If/once Markstrom got Traded, Rittich was a guy I would have brought back to the Flames on a $1mil/yr x 1-2yr contract as well
