That's an absolute steal for Minnesota.

Devil will not draft a man, they dont need a log jam even more there. They will trade the pick for Gust and the 13th pick if Catton or Tij are there at 10, plus teams will trade up once a dman falls.

I don't know why you think that's so unreasonable to the point of comical.
- many think Chicago will go Demidov
- Anaheim wants a RD so there is one
- CBJ could go any way but Lindstrom is a good fit
- Habs are loaded with young D and need scoring

Buium and Dickinson would be amazing picks there...both guys should go well before Yakemchuk.

If either of those guys shot right there would be a case for both of them to go top 5.

They both have chance at top-5 regardless if L/R. They should at least.

BPA at 3 is a D
BPA at 4 is still most likely a D

So stop looking at points total to make the draft order, defenseman (top pair defenseman) are more important to win games, and any GM or scout will tell you so
