The Gus Bus rolls on. He definitely improved under a stronger defensive unit, can't wait to see how he fares with a higher workload. Good deal.

good for him. We have yet to see him develop, but there isn't much risk to this outside of a contract slot, and the contract can likely be terminated if *absolutely* necessary.
Good Sign.

<strong>And now they're rebuilding?</strong></div></div>
I don't think this is entirely a fair assessment, as 1, some of the players you mentioned were traded as draft picks or very young, so they were essentially magic beans. 2, some of the players were traded/walked before the current management group came in so it's not fair to say it's their fault. and 3, some of the players were traded so they could rebuild.
Then again, I shouldn't be defending them as a Wild fan, but my point stands

I look forward to seeing him continue his 24% shooting percentage</div></div>
Y'know I never understood the games played argument. Teams sign based on what the player will do during the contract, not what he has done, plus he was a star player in the KHL for years. It was the same argument with Kirill Kaprizov, and he's already destroyed the Wild's single season records and will eventually break more
Maybe there's some truth to this, but I don't see it

good value for the sign, but Vancouver is merely treading water atm, they cannot commit to winning or losing for a purpose, and this is going to be seen as a catalyst for this
Good sign, but awful timing
Wonder if this signing is to try to get people to forget the bruce boudreau situation

Minnesota Wild signed Matthew Boldy (7 Years / $7,000,000 AAV)
It's a touch expensive for the buyout years, but Boldy is going to be one of the leagues best in 3-4 years. This is going to age beautiful.
Only problem is that the next two are going to be a struggle with the cap already, and this won't help
I don't care about the next two because this is going to age like Wine.

i doubt anyone is going to see this comment, however
since Bitten has been called up to the NHL and may make his debut soon here enough, and Stevens didn't resign and currently is playing without an NHL contract..
