imo you could get more for Frost...he was a 1st round pick a few years back and he's still pretty young...he has also played pretty well all things considered on a bad flyers team...so you could probably get a 1st/2nd back with a B or A level prospect back aswell.

on god bro...laff has actually played pretty well this yr all things considered...and i'd say he is one of the reasons we're better as of late bc he's been able to step up his game(as well as kakko) and play w/ zibby on top line...

honestly i just found a cheap(er) center on the pens to replace coyle to get under cap since coyle kept them over cap...so it could be someone other than carter...just the first cheap(er) center i found(that's actually decent and not young bc a young center would cost more than the bruins have for the young center probably)
