I agree but we also need a #1 goalie. vladar isn't good and forsberg won't be able to be #1 goalie he just got both his knees messed up and we need stability back there.

its not the same team. Norris didn't play last year and our Dcore had Zaitsev on the first pair... we replaced Zaitsev who was a liability with Chychrun who's very very good.

Yeah I agree with this guy but you've got the right Idea if we trade Cat we need some good but cheap middle 6 guys and a #1 goalie. I like Arvidsson but I don't think he's a good fit for us but that's the type of player were looking for on the left wing.

1. Our bottom 2 lines and goaltending isn't good enough imo. Joseph is a 4th liner he always was with Tampa. Gauthier too with New York.

2. Kastelic and the new European guy should be on the fourth line.

3. Forsberg just got both his knees messed up he won't be able to be #1 Goalie and play that many games and I don't think stalock is worth it. We need a true 1# Goalie like hart or Hellebuyck.

4. I wouldn't sign Debrincat for 9m We need some cash for depth and Goaltending.

I just used that first because I didn't feel like making the Debrincat trade but you would be receiving the first from that trade.

you're getting a First round pick, an S tier centre prospect and a second round pick for hellebuyck that's pretty good. I can also add one of our Goalie prospects such as Mando.

Niedereitter is a UFA next season so you better trade him for something before you lose him for nothing. therefore im Giving Jospeh, an A tier RD prospect and a third for him which is pretty good for a guy you received for only a second round pick.

That's exactly the way I see it. Replace Debrincat with a middle 6 player and fill in the holes we have in depth and add a true #1 goalie such as Hellebuyck, Hart, Hill, Saros.

If we re-sign debrincat Im afraid well be very top heavy, our depth will struggle and we won't have the cash to pay for a #1 Goalie.
