Stanley Cup Returns to MSG after 30 Years
Everything abt this is wrong. U could get bonino for a bag of chips. Laf and Miller at 7 years w that little money is atrocious. And over a million for carpenter (who is so replaceable at 750000) is crazy

Hmmm interesting. I'd prefer to go a little younger for 2C. Especially w his sub par year last year coming back from injury.

I'm sure AZ would pay that for a decent prospect.</div></div>
Love this idea. Send like a 5th to arizona for veterans minimum?

No chance Othmann makes the roster. Much safer move to send him back to Flint for another year let him develop his game. Don't rush him into the league.

Picks won't cut it for Pasta. Gonna need to send at least 2 or 3 young players (Wally, Beau, Bellows, Raty) and 1 or 2 firsts

The Tyler Motte signing is spot on.
I think your Scheifele trade is spot on too, despite what others have commented on CapFriendly for similar trade proposals.
Vatrano back at $2.1M/3yrs. would be great, but also highly unlikely IMO. Instead, I think the Rangers stick it out with Reaves/Hunt alternating on the 4th line this season.</div></div>
Like the feedback. Peep the description I pointed out my vatrano blunder

Doing the isles as a rangers fan
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ForsbergForVezina</b></div><div>Dobson probably isn't going to get that much on a deal that walks him to UFA I think (unless there's an OS of course). I think they'll bridge him on a 2-3 year deal with a high salary in the final year so he's got a high QO when he's up again but a lower cap hit until then. That frees up space for us to keep Palms, who was arguably our 2nd best forward in the second half last season. Really hoping he can put a productive 82 games together next year.
Puljujarvi and Kulak are great additions, both high on my own wishlist</div></div>
I think it would be smart to lock up dobson long term. Kid is special. Honestly thought abt giving him 8 years. Palmieri purely a financial decision. I think w all these additions it puts the islanders in a better spot then banking on a guy who put up like 30 points last year

I am a rangers fan therefore I'm not tryna look for a great deal for the islanders. This is as neutral as possible. Chicago never getting more than this

Either Raty, Wally or the guy at 13 will make the deal a huge win for Chicago. Isles would be better off trying to sign Gaudreau.</div></div>
Disagree. Abt 4 million+ dollars separates the 2 and debrincat is what barzal desperately needs. Doubt wahlstrom, raty, or whoever goes at whatever pick they have puts up the production of debrincat within the next 3 years. If the isles don't win something soon, barzal is not gonna stay.

You're missing one fairly large difference between the PLD and Fiala situations. Minnesota had no choice other than trading Fiala as they didn't have the cap space. Winnipeg isn't being forced to move Dubois now.</div></div>
I don't think WPG has much leverage. I don't think he wants to play there from what I've heard

Really all that matters is they don't have any cap coming back in a trade

i feel like for a 4th liner w enough practice it shouldn't be too big a deal. just do reavo's job w skating ability plus an offensive upside.
