I suppose you’re right. I was thinking more of the Arizona approach: bring him on, help him perform, and trade him for a profit.

And Saros has been the only thing keeping the Preds in any sort of relevance for 3 years. He is <em>absolutely </em> a top-5 goalie in the league.

What do you mean? They’ll already have an elite tandem in net, after trading a 2nd for Carter Hart and Jake Allen for Juuse Saros 1-for-1.

Regarding the Levi signing, I love it. It’s Buffalo’s most glaring weakness.
