Give Claude Another Chance At A Cup
He picked Ottawa for more than just himself. Doesn't seem like the kind of guy to put himself before his family just to chase a cup that he still might not get a chance at.
If Ottawa is in the same situation next year, I could see him moving as it would only be a few months and the whole family won't have to move. But with a year left on his deal, I don't think there's a chance of him moving this year

I honestly feel so bad for him. He’s such a great player he deserves to choose whatever he’d like. If he wants to stay, great, if not let him choose the teams he’d be okay with going to and get the most you can. Definitely should get a 1st and prospect for him, almost ppg at his age is crazy.

My Top 20 Goalies for 23-24
I think this looks pretty good. And the description helps - because there are a lot of guys on that second tier that can be put anywhere from like 6-20 for sure lol. The differences are negligible.
Outside of Bob I don't think there's really anything to complain about too much imo. Maybe squeeze Hart in there

Demko is a top 8 goalie. Not having him in the top 20 is egregious, especially when you have guys like Korpisalo, Hill, Vanecek, Raanta, and Skinner in

:laugh Sorry but Joonas Korpisalo isn't a top 20 Goalie in this league. Detroit lit him up for over 13 goals this past season. Dude is hardly league average at best.

Easy decline from Vancouver. No cap space to take on toews without sending money back. and as good as he is, one year left on his deal means it’s not worth it for vancouver to give up so much for him

Have a nice day. I’m sure PLDs trade list is more than one team. I wouldn’t take Gallagher and a 1st for free. He has one of the worst contracts in the entire NHL. Keep your cap dumps.

Keeping Matthews and Nylander
U offer him that and Matthews is gone. I know hes not having his best season but injuries can do that to a guy. Watch him score 60 next year.
In general hes waiting for the playoffs I can see it. Guys done it all and just wants to win

Think more like 15 for matthews. He didn’t go five years after his elc just to take less than he wanted on an eight year deal back then

The Devils Makes a Huge splash
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>BruceBanner</b></div><div>and a guy thats bottom six and struggling</div></div>
I take it you haven't watched the Devils too much this season and rely solely on box score production to evaluate (slander) players you haven't seen much.
Boqvist isn't struggling, he's been pretty good at tilting the ice and creating favorable playing conditions for the team as a whole whenever he steps onto the ice.
Boqvist is most likely the Devils long-term 3C, he's quite valuable to them.

Enough with changes
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TroubleAtTheHenhouse</b></div><div>I don’t think the team is better than last year but I think enough teams in the east are falling off that we are still in a better position than most of the east. Tampa looks like they’re coming back to reality. Florida is good but I don’t see a team that better than what they had last year. Boston is obviously on a tear and I’ll never be confident against them in a playoff series but eventually this insane streak of theirs will end. NJ is amazing but teams that young usually don’t get it done in the postseason. I’m still cautious about facing Carolina because they’re such a tough team to break down. The Rangers might be a little more manageable this year. Pittsburgh and Washington are finally meeting Father Time. Overall I’m happy but this still isn’t the 1993 team just yet.</div></div>
One more scorer for the 3rd line would be such a difference for the team. Someone who can provide either offence at a higher rate or someone like ROR who could anchor a more defensive unit and still score points. Especially on the road. At home we can. Send ROR and Kampf out against the top lines of other teams and expect them to be limited and then send the top 2 lines out against 3rd and 4th lines and wreck them. On the road they'll matchup against Matthews and JT more which would open up ROR. One more impact forward makes this team extremely dangerous

With a title like that you would expect this to be a Nashville team build lol, or at very least get a description as to why the only move for Nashville in this scenario is an “all in” move for them.
