MAYBE the Hawks do this one for one Barron for Dach or very close to it. However, they aren't taking Dvorak for a 3rd

Dvorak can offer some center depth for a season and help on the dot

I know but this is not a bad move only one year of another depth guy that wins 60% or close of faceoffs

Hawks easily decline. Barron MIGHT cover the Dvorak dump. No chance Hawks trade Dach for a 3rd. And I doubt the Hawks would trade Dach straight up for Barron either.

I wouldn't even take Dvorak's contract for Barron and a 3rd, honestly. You want to dump Dvorak and receive Colton Dach? Well I want Florian and a 2nd. I have very little interest in Barron. He is due a new contract, is no longer waiver exempt, and screams "career AHLer" to me.
