No from CBJ. He is the same as what we have a lot of. You can’t just move middle 6 cap dumps with out paying a premium.

CBJ say no, but Jarnkrok is definitely worth at least that. He's a solid bottom-6 forward who can play all over the lineup, and his cap hit is reasonable.

Kampf, on the other hand, is a defensive liability, which is terrible for someone who's supposed to be a defensive center. He's replacement level on a long, expensive deal for that kind of player. That's a cap dump, he probably costs a 6th to move.

We can agree to disagree. I like Texier better than Jarnkrok. He is younger and has better upside.

Oh me too, absolutely. But I also wouldn't sell on Texier for that return. I just think Jarnkrok is a useful player to a contender, if TOR wanted to move him, they could probably get at least a 3rd, maybe a 2nd, from a team looking to flesh out their depth and with an open window to compete.
