leaves them with $2 of cap space using LTIR for Brown but not Vasy

might as well give Watson every dollar you can since the ACSL is set relative to the payroll after he signs

Feels like he has fit in perfectly with the Lightning. I like him as a 4th line grinder, good signing

Good deal, I'm sure there's a cap reason for that being 776,665k and not 775k

Not sure why Tampa wouldn't sign someone better, Watson isn't even an NHL player. I understand this is purely for their LTIR and cap situation, but you couldn't get somebody better?

This is why I don't understand what the Avs are doing (unless there is a move(s) pending); with Landeskog and possibly Francouz on LTIR; they should be spending up to the cap limit + those LTIR salaries (especially Landy) and they have a roster spot or 2 to do it.

There is not enough discussion about ACSL strategies and when/how to take advantage of it.

That's in pretty poor taste don't you think?

He's great if you need a guy in the lineup who can score 7-10 goals and lose a dozen fights a year.
