Yep. And, frankly, dropping #20 going to BUF is alone not enough for me to take on Skinner's big cap hit and salary for three years. I'd want a prospect, too... Here's what I think is fair: Skinner, #11 OA, and Anton Wahlberg going to CHI, for F/C.

$9M x 3 years is worth every bit of BUF's 1st round pick. CHI doesn't need retention and they aren't sending anything back. Retaining defeats the purpose of moving him for BUF, anyway.

What do the leafs get in this deal?

That doesn't get Coleman.
