Tuch isn't going anywhere he loves Buffalo and Buffalo loves him. It is near impossible to pry that man from them at this point

Not worth giving that much up from Nashville. It is closer with a Saros 1 for 1

I think you are closer with:
Toronto Receiving: Rossi, Brodin, Gus and a third
Minny Receiving: Marner and Knies
I would say Knies has more value than Brodin but Brodin is certainly not a cap dump

Brady < Eichel
Too much....</div></div>
I would argue Tuch > Mercer in terms of team impact (but individual stats Mercer has more success there)
NJD Pick > VGK Pick
Casey < Krebs at the time of the trade (Krebs just didn't evolve into the player many thought he could be, could be the same with Casey I guess)
Bastian < 2nd
Brady = Eichel (In value with Eichel's injury concerns, maybe even slightly favoring Brady due to the style he plays)

Its probably close. It would depend on how much the Leafs valiue Hayton

I think this would be fair. Unfortunately I think the Leafs would ask for more to help them now though. The pick would most likely end up being high with the way the Pens are trending

You won't be getting Rossi for a late teens early twenties pick. It would cost more than you want to pay for him

They could never make the money work for Marner. You would need to wait another year and you do not have that option with Marner set to hit free agency if that happens

And Brady price, if moved, would be less too. Not going to cost more than Eichel.</div></div>
I don't know Eichel had the health concerns and that whole thing around him. It would be pretty damn close to this offer that seals it

Its a 50/50 split if he will be back or not. If he isn't back than this might work. But he has stated he wants to play next year, it is just a matter of healing

Ottawa should accept that.
10th overall pick.
Promising young winger in Mercer
Promising Young Offensive Defenseman in Casey
and a 4th line plug
for
a 30-40 goal / 75-80 point power forward. Sure he is the Captain of the team but I think its enough to get the Senators to move on

2024 Mock Draft with Surprises and Analysis
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mokumboi</b></div><div>A couple thoughts on #2: Where did you get the idea that the Hawks stay away from Russians? I've never heard this before, and history shows that is definitely not true. Also, Levshunov is Belarusian, which is certainly no less problematic than being Russian. It's just Russian with twist.
I also find it extremely hard to believe Ottawa and especially Buffalo draft LDs.</div></div>
I very much agree with this man. Chicago is not afraid of Russians. But in recent history it has been correct that they lean more NA or Scandinavian in round one. I believe that is due to where they are picking though.
Silayev won't be on the board for Buffalo, but they could take him if he is there because he does play his off side in the KHL. Still think they go RHD or BPA.
There is more to read into but I am interested to see why your order is so skewed

Cannot see Silayev falling that far. If Eiserman is on the board past pick 12 I could see the capitals looking to trade up to get him. If not I see them going MBN there. Don't see Jett going in the top 20 honestly

Don't have to try to be a Pens hater. Y'all do it for us.
I have not an ounce of anger in my body so I don't know how you jumped to that conclusion.
But either way the comment was to show that Rossi is a far better prospect.
