I haven't made one of these in forever, because I hate people freaking out about trades that will "never happen" when, if you've watched the NHL over the last couple days, COULD happen.

Anyways,

Marner to Arizona makes too much sense, they need an ELITE player and he has chemistry/history with Dvorak. Keller comes back as a player of similar, yet not quite the talent level of Marner. I included Oesterle and the 1st because I do feel like, especially after the season Keller had, that there is a bit that Arizona would have to add. Although maybe Dubas has some fancy stats that push comes to shove a 1 for 1 would be alright.

Marner is asking for too much money and I am tired of it.

Brown for a 3rd, makes sense. I could see TOR adding some conditions based on how many goals he scores maybe the pick upgrades, because he could find lightning in a bottle with McDavid and with increased ice time hitting 25.

This isn't a trade Canucks fans would like, but it is a trade Benning could. Leafs get younger, cheaper right handed defenseman. Vancouver "improves" their defense.

Johnsson, gets the Ondrej Kase contract (accounting for inflation). Kapanen would ideally be at that number for 6 years, but 5 works fine too.

Spezza, Hainsey brought in to add some talent and depth to the fringes.

ALSO, the Lou and Dubas "if you have time, use it" is NOT working.
