Is Gusev worth giving up those picks? I don't know a ton about him other than he tore up the KHL but hasn't played NHL yet.

Also, I am intrigued by the Rubtsov placement. I thought he was a year ago, but he may turn into a more-skilled Laughton. I would hope that we could get a little more than that for Laughts, but if Philly thinks that German can take over 4C, then it could be worth shopping Laughton.
