Description

I feel like I may catch a lot of hate for this team and feel free to disagree with me lol, but I don't mind the looks of this squad.

Gourde would be a question mark but I feel like if you play him top 6 mins he can produce like he did his first year in TB and there is a Stevey Y connection.

Cholowski spends one more (almost) full season in the AHL and replaces Nemeth the year after.

Khudobin provides a solid 1A option with Bernier as 1B. To get him to sign in Detroit I feel like you have to overpay him at 3 years to beat out other teams. Detroit also has no other viable goalie options so having him around for a few years isn't a bad idea.

Abdelkader buired and Nielsen bought out.

Wings should not be spending a single cent on UFA, especially on D. Lidstrom, Cholo, McIsaac, Seider, Drysdale (maybe) are all ready or soon to be. That doesnt include guys like Tuomisto and whoever else that might surprise. That ALSO doesnt include Deke and Hronek and Nemeth, who are already in the top 6. Massive waste of money.
