I'm sorry it's not magically making Scuderi's contract disappear by sending him to NJ or Arizona for a 7th like it's so popular around here to do, and we have to take on Bickell instead. I guess people just forget Scuds has a NTC and that small market teams can't take on a 3 million contract that has zero marketing abilities. But Bickell is the better player and still has legs to play a bottom 6 role. Chicago says yes because they actually gain cap room and actually need a bottom pairing dman.

Kunitz can't produce for a top 6 winger and doesn't have a game suited for the bottom 6. No use trying to force him into roles he's no longer applicable for anymore. He has to go. A lot of teams still looking for Kunitz-type players, and that's not to say he's not good... it's to say he's not good enough to play on a line with Sidney Crosby or Evgeni Malkin and keep up. I picked Claude Lemieux's kid for shits and gigs, but any B or C level prospect and low round picks will do.

Erixon gonna get waived and claimed off waivers anyways for nothing. Might as well try to package him.

When Fehr comes back sometime in December, we can drop down to a 20 or 21 man roster and be fine cap-wise.
