I thought players with NMC had to be protected not NTC.

Found a link about the expansion draft rules on the NHL website, says players with "No Movement" clauses must be protected. Couldn't find any mention of NTC's though. https://www.nhl.com/news/nhl-expansion-draft-rules/c-281010592
