Assumed is just related to MTL market. If that's the case, that seems fair Drouin has unrealized potential compensated by the added picks

Obviously would be disclosure and due diligence before this would even be considered by STL. Assuming nothing major and just needs out of MTL don't think they are doing to not seriously look at that swap. Especially if add additional prospect into the offer that MTL can afford to also add in
