Theoretically these are very nice moves and reasonable, I think both goalies however will get base salaries of $1m more each, and Bozak would need a bit more to lure him away from St Louis, unless he wants to be closer to home, again alot of nice moves and reasonable, just expect they would pay $3m more for the 3 players listed...

The only part you're missing is who would be leaving in Expansion? Maybe take Khaira's rights, or now maybe they're leaving Klefbom unprotected with Nurse, Keith and Bear likley to be kept...
