Description

My ideal Free Agent targets for the Leafs:

*Note: David Pignotta just released that Leafs will likely sign Josh Ho-Sang to a 2-way deal tomorrow which I don't thin impacts the needs mentioned below but I like this. Leafs can take him in with their development staff similar to what they did with Galchenyuk last season.

Priority #1: Sign an affordable 1B for Campbell. ($3-$3.5 M)
Mrazek, Reimer, Brossoit, Bernier & Raanta are options.

Priority #2: sign a top 6 winger ($2-$3.25M) and a bottom 6 scorer ($950k-$1.25M).
Top 6 options: Granlund, Ritchie, Donato, Wennberg (as 3c and shift Kerfoot into top 6), Tatar, Mcginn, Kase, Haula & Dzingel.
Bottom 6 options: Galchenyuk, E. Svechnikov, P. Suter, Gusev & Bunting

Priority #3: sign a 6th/7th dman ($950k - $1M). – Not necessary until later in season if the hope is Liljegren is ready to get some rotation with Dermott/Sandin.
Forbort, Oesterle, Hakanpaa, Carrick, Schenn
