It looks like they can just terminate his contract if any of this is true. I put him on LTIR here because there was no option to terminate his contract.

No i understand the LITR part just was wondering tho they may but him out anyway even if they cant terminate his contract

both the bankruptcy and the position he put the sharks in and the gambling on his own games make contract termination a very real option here! he is never playing a game again in. the nhl.
