This team is playing like complete garbage. Something has got to happen, whether that be a coaching change, player change, or even just a few line changes. We only have 10 players with a positive xG +/- (McDavid, Puljujarvi, Nurse, Hyman, #2, Bouchard, Lagesson, Draisaitl, McLeod, and Sceviour in that order), and only 11 positive in Corsi +/- (Nurse, Puljujarvi, McDavid, Bouchard, Broberg, Ceci, McLeod, #2, Lagesson, Draisaitl, and Hyman again all in that order). Both Yamamoto and RNH have not been playing very well at 5v5 this year, having a -0.12 and -0.136 xG +/- respectively. The depth has been horrible, without RNH, Drai, and McDavid the team has scored 9 goals, and allowed 29 (stat from 4 days ago so it could easily be outdated by now). Our two "key" depth acquisitions this year (Foegele and Ryan) have a -0.09 and -0.128 xG +/- respectively, not exactly what you want to get when you trade away a young 1st pairing dman in Ethan Bear.
