Description
This is obviously going to get a ton of negative feedback as far as "There's no way we could get Hall AND Kessel". I have faith that Shero can make big moves. And obviously that involves sparing the 6th overall pick, 2 2nd rounders, and 2 young sprouting defenseman. oh, and retaining Kessel's full salary. Gomez and Bernier get re-signed, with raises, respectfully. Henrique takes the jump back to 1st line C where he excelled in place of injured Travis Zajac during the 2012 season (between Kovy and Parise). I chose Justin Williams as the FA winger pickup of the year because the other younger guys that everyone wants (Frolik, Stafford) are most likely going to get overpaid, while Williams is not that old (33), is still productive (18g23a in 2015), and is affordable. I figured let Matteau and Boucher not get bounced around again and develop a full year in Albany, and let our new KHL acquisition Kalinin get a chance on the 4th line. The rest is pretty self explanatory.
