-Kane signs cheap 1 year deal to prove that he can play a whole season without getting in trouble (realistically the Oilers can't keep him long term without losing valuable pieces that fit the timeline better)
-Yamamoto and Puljujarvi sign similar deals longer term
-Mcleod and Geekie bridged
-Kulak brought back
-Koskinen signed as insurance, rotate three goalies or waive one of the three
-Foegele hasn't worked out, bear trade looks even worse every day
-Barrie doesn't bring anything to the table offensively that we can't get from Bouchard, better 5v5 defenders out there for cheaper
-Kassian sometimes brings the physicality, but he's not very good at anything else, and gets paid too much
-Although Keith would be good to move, we wouldn't get anything back, and we would be spending money that could be used next offseason instead.
