Description
Protection List:
7F: Marchand, Bergeron, Krejci, Backes, Pastrnak, Nash, Schaller
3D: Chara, Krug, K. Miller
1G: Rask

1 - Vegas will basically have to choose between McQuad and C. Miller - give them a pick to take McQuad instead of Chiller.

2 - NJD have interest in Spooner, not exactly sure what the market is for him so my proposal could be miles off if he's not valued that much.

3 - I chose not to move Beleskey because his value is at an all time low after the year he had and I do believe that he can bounce back after an injury riddled year.

I think the Bruins have the assets to make some very large moves this summer but I don't think Sweeney will make them because he wants to see his youth (that he drafted) prove themselves.

Totally probable. I too think Beleskey may have a bounce back year. If healthy, try him with Krejci and Pasta in Cassidy's system, perhaps he finds his Ducks form Bs signed him for. If not, waive him and he'd clear.

    Maybe wishful thinking.

I like that idea but I also think you gotta let the kids play and after Cehlarik showed some promise last year on that line, I wouldn't be surprised if he's on the inside track for that spot this coming season. Also, I wouldn't waive Beleskey because someone would take a chance on him, at that point, I'd trade him for about anything.

Not sure we get that much for Spooner but it's a good starting point!!

I don't like the lines though.....I don't know why everyone is slotting JFK on 3rd line center.....he hasn't even played pro hockey yet!!! Put Heinen there he deserves the shot first. Backes back up with Bergy.....and if you like to let the kids play, slot in Czarnik and DeBrusk before JFK. I want to see what the kid (JFK) can do in Providence first before he goes up against men!!!
