Description

The FA market is looking very thin now for forwards.

Rodrigues, Milano and Heinen would be interesting middle six additions but more than likely too expensive for the Leafs.

It’s possible they keep Holl and look at moving Sandin for a young impact forward but IMO they look at trading Holl to create cap space for to resign Engvall + Sandin and add a vet 4C and depth Dman.

It’s not sexy but hardly the roster I want but something Leaf fans should get used to. This roster unless a Muzzin trade will not be changing.

This is still a playoff team and will be able to accrue some cap space to add at the TDL. Plus the possibility of adding Knies when his college season is over.

They will also give an opportunity to Holmberg, Steeves, Douglas, Malgin and McMann as the season goes on.
