Description
This team man got me confused and no hope of making it past the 1st round. We made 0 necessary changes to make this team better in my opinion. We added another 3 soft players in Jarnkrok, Nic kubel and Gaudette lmaoo. I looked at multiple options and a couple that stand out are: Zack Sandford signed for 750K with Nashville and put up 21 points while being a beast of a hitter. Those are the type of players that come up huge in the playoffs and just like TB and COL they had clutch goals from Patty Marron, Helm, Cogliano etc. You need these type of players instead of all 4 lines without one checker lol. Another option was Max domi. Are you telling me we couldn't put a better offer than Chicago for 1yr 3M? Then the 2 goalies who have been dogpoop. Dubass couldn't get anything more than 25% and a 3rd? Like what are we doing here.

A couple players still available I wouldn't mind are: #1 Zach Aston Reese, Sam Ganger, Danton Heinen, Nino Niederreiter and Johan Larsson. Keep in mind we would have to trade Kerfy and Holl to make any of these moves possible.

You need to chill out, I think. Zach Sanford is garbage, that’s why he signed for league minimum. Max Domi is wildly overrated, again no contending team would touch him at $3.0M. Leafs core is (and has been set) for years; we are not big players in FA b/c of cap, most good teams aren’t btw. I don’t see a big drop off in net so it all rests on (again) breaking through in playoffs

with no money to go around anymore, Kerfoot isnt going for a 2nd. They should have dealt him earlier in the off-season

Not saying max domi is that good but to have him also playing for TO like Tie it would be dope to see and the same goes for Sanford not that good but for a 4th line checker at 750K would be better than Gaudette. I just don't like how soft we are. If were in the playoffs, you don't win with all 4 lines being soft and no toughness and that's been proved
