Description

This is my attempt at making the best cap-compliant team I could. I decided not to use any ELCs, as they would complicate things. Thank God for Boston.

I expect this would be a superstar, hyper-dominant team for one year, and would then explode when half the roster got a 5-7 million dollar raise.
