Description
Updated to throw in Aberg into the Duchene deal. 2 cheap middle 6 forwards for cheap who are young and a first should be the best deal they could get. Would still like to sign a respectable 4th line winger. Have a little over a million and probably overpaid a little for Gaudreau and Z. So should be able to find someone for 1.5 who can contribute.

I think you can save a little on the Gaudreau contract, he's more in the 800 range until he produces over the course of a whole season.

I love the optimism on the Duchene trade, but It would need to be Jarnkrok and 1st + at least Fabbro if Sakic is going to bite. Probably Fabbro and a Trenin/Patterson type at best. He's a legit 2C that would elevate the offense greatly.

I do like the idea of bringing Gagner and Duchene in though, especially if Fisher retires. I think Gagner is more of a 2.5mil guy than 3+ but the market is weird and there aren't a lot of centers out there.
