The reason a carey price trade makes no sense:
- He has a NMC... Carey price doesn't go anywhere unless he wants it to be that way. Why would he want to go to Winnipeg?
- This NMC limits the options to a select few teams price wild be willing to play for.. and those teams will also be limited by which ones are actually in the market for a goalie.
- Finally, every team is going to be trading for only one year of price which means the value habs can get for him in a trade will never match his value to the habs. Just resign him.
