We dont really need him regardless, tokarski is a serviceable backup who can win games, and the likelyhood of him being taken isnt even that high because no gms want to take on cap

I mean, 1.8 Million dollars is kind of a steal. Because of his last few seasons, I think a GM would take him.

Dumoulin and Smith pairing have been solid. Dumoulin looked great against the ducks. Looked like old Dumo. And Smith looks like Letang when he skates and moves. I personally wouldn't break up Zucker and Malkin, but I think moving Rust to the 3rd is a good idea. Heres what I'd try...

Guentzel - Crosby - Rakell
Zucker - Malkin - Kapanen
McGinn - Blueger - Rust
Puustinen - Poehling - Carter

Pettersson - Petry
Dumoulin - Smith
POJ - Friedman
