Like Benning would try anything.

I like the thought of taking a chance on Yakupov. Doesn't make any sense for most teams but for a desperate Vancouver it makes total sense.

Until Benning is gone just kiss any hope of improving goodbye. The real question is if Linden should be cut loose as well. The whole management team lacks the experience to deal with the task at hand.

On a positive note, this is the last season for the Sedins. Brighter days ahead.

I agree, this is a big improvement, but like you said, this will never be attempted as long as the current management team stays in place.
