I really don't think he's a lock after his performance at the world championship. Exactly half the forwards on the USA roster have yet to have a 40 point season, which is what I'd call an average NHL season and guys like Bjugstad and Larkin were coming off of disappointing years, yet Bjork didn't get a lot of ice time and didn't do much with the time he got. To me that means he's going to be like Vesey was last year, which is like 30ish points, unless he gets a spot in the top 6, if he makes the team. I really don't think he's a lock at all yet, but he does have the highest chance out of Cehlarik, Heinen, DeBrusk and Senyshyn.
I don't like the trade much. Collin Wilson is about as effective as Spooner and Vatrano has the shot of a 40 goal scorer. I wouldn't sell those guys for picks until our younger guys are ready or until we feel they aren't going to make it.
Your 4th line isn't a real 4th line, it's more like a scoring line. To fix that swap Nash with Cehlarik and Beleskey with DeBrusk. DeBrusk could use another part of the year in the AHL anyways and then he could get called up if injuries happen.
