Beau is traded next deadline to a cup contender

Buy out OEL in 2024-2025 when the cap goes up since this is the only way they can make room for Petey & improve their blueline

Sign Matt Roy since he's the perfect fit for Hughes as a UFA (probably will make more), and then resign Hronek (probably will make more or slightly less), and all the other contracts listed.

I think Monahan is signed as a prove it deal to fill the 3rd line centre or even better: Raty if he impresses to save money. Stephenson is signed since he can play left wing and center
