Obvious Solution: Buyout Goodrow & Trade Trouba. Would need a d replacement ie ufa Larsson or draft/trade for another big y rd somehow.

Lucky Solution: Trade Igor, find good backup for Garand, keep whole team intact.

I’m against giving Igor a massive contract as that would hurt the team

Trouba wouldn’t go anywhere because I don’t think Schneider will be ready for his role yet

The stars would have to align with a ready & good Garand and a good backup. Decades of top Gs that have gotten better every time Ricky Hank Igor to Talbot Raanta Georgiev would hurt.

You don’t give any goaltending that amount of money or term in my opinion. Goalies are voodoo and Igor could easily fall off a cliff especially since he’ll be nearly 30 at the start. I’d give Igor $7m max
