I was about to say that's wayyy too many pieces to acquire blackwood but didn't notice campbell was one of those pieces lmao

Of course sharks accept. This a stupid deal for the Oilers to do. You could just buy Campbell out and save all those assets. Blackwood level goalies can be had for free every off season signing period. Heck he was traded for a 6th just last year.

The cost to dump Campbell is well established. It’s a 1st + 2nd. That’s it. Anything more than that and the oilers just buy him out which is easy and manageable.
