This is not an OTT deal I'd touch w/ a 10ft-pole...
Stay within the age-window of the players currently on the roster and flip Chabot for a nice asset of similar or younger age; 110%!

I would do this deal because chabot is not worth 8M... and EK65 had 100 pts last year and will have 60-75 this year,,, and on OTT he would be great for them.
