I think Pirri is a very solid depth guy, but Colborne worries me, being cut from the avalanche is like being cut from a Novice team at this point.

Leafs would be willing to trade some forward depth

Pirri was rather useless last year. not good enough to be a depth scorer, not reliable enough to be a fourthliner. he got a spot on the PP for a part of the season and was more of a waste there because he has nothing more to offer than a (sometimes) good shot that ended up wide or in the goaltenders chest more often than not. wouldn't be surprised if he didn't make Vegas roster as a regular.
