4.5 million for 3 Years is a lot to pay for “leadership” on a team that seems to be doing just fine.

I totally agree, but Vegas is a new franchise and still want to build from within and there is a high likelihood that their top players would be traded away before the deadline for future assets. Brouwer, although, won’t bring a lot of offence still does wear an “A” on his chest for the leadership qualities he brings to a team.

Id Imagine Vegas would want a better draft pick for taking Brouwers contract. like a 2nd or something instead of the 4th
