Description
Cat - Larks - Ray: best line this past season

Mazur - Kasper - Kane: two kids and and old GOAT line. Maybe Danielson over Kasper, IDK

Joshua and Roy are both Michigan boys who are known for their defensive game, phsicality, and compete level.

I suspect Perron comes back in a reduced role because he's the teams best at possesion and zone entries, plus he's still money on the PP.

The 4 LHD can cycle 3 games in the lineup and 1 game in the press box.

Kane and Roy both get more.

If Perron re-signs he won't be 4th line.

Kasper isn't ready for 2C yet and Mazur isn't ready for second line duties.

      Maatta is worth a 4th.

I could see Yzerman walking away from Veleno if he takes him to arb.

I should have clarified that I see lines 2,3, and 4 getting similar-ish minutes - they're all biilt the same way with a checking LW, checking C, and skilled RW.

      Agree I'd take a 4th for Maatta.

Adding 3 forwards and a defenseman is likely too much. Two of Perron, Kane and Joshua is more realistic if we are adding a defenseman, which we really should.
Roy anywhere from 5.5-6M. Perron seems alright. Kane seems low as well, could see 5+M, he was basically a PPG for us.
Joshua would be a great add.
Swap Perron and Mazur is more likely. Compher at 2C. I could see Kasper staying in Grand Rapids to start the season, just so he gets more playing time.
