Okay I like the aspect of the trade but the problem here is trading two very good LHD, and leaving two very bad ones on the team , wait till the end of the season and let holden walk buy out staal, then you trade McDonagh but keep Smith for a veteran presence for the younger LHD coming.

Smith is a very good LHD? are we watching the same rangers? Veteran presence isn't a thing.
