Description
BLOWING SH*T UP! Hawks are hurting badly, blame motivation, blame coaching, blame the young kids. Their window with the core is closing quickly and they blew it last year in the playoffs and looking terrible to their standard this year. They have a month to turn it around otherwise I say SLAM THE DOOR and START the rebuild. Keith and Seabrook have taken step back for sure, Hossa gone hurts but he had a year left before he was going to hang up his skates. Crow is still doing work before his injury but if your going to rebuild having him around seems like a waste.

All of this is unrealistic but Hawks are blowing it badly right now and need a direction.

no. just no. Hawks have plenty of cap space to substantially improve next season and beyond. Secondly, those trades..... just no. Hawks don't need to blow up. But they do need to make some moves.

This is a bad idea..... Even Keith slowed down is on an amazing contract you couldn't find for anyone else. Seabrook hurts, but you have to live with it because no one else will take him. Your asking way too much for both Toews and Kane. To get a return of 3 first round picks you'd need a player of their caliber with more years left in the tank. Not saying Toews and Kane are done just saying they aren't as young as they once were. No team is going to want to give up future prospects (especially from draft classes that haven't been evaluated fully yet). Lastly as the commenter above said the hawks have room to improve in the offseason and that will make them a better team. The window is closing.... the Kids are alright.... lets cross our fingers and hope for the best.
