Value wise, I just don't see it. Dal Colle, is struggling big time (on the contrary Reinhart did have value when he was traded). Greiss is struggling which will drop his value immensely (yes I do know his record), Hickey has value but not a lot considering Schlemko was traded for a 5th and put similar advanced, possession and points statistics. Lets say Dal Colle has the value of a 2nd (I'd say its fair due to his high draft rank), Greiss (a 2nd, due to his contract and performance this year/previous years), Hickey (probably a 3rd due to an expiring contract and previous trades. The more interesting value is Talbot (who is definitely struggling) but has elite goalie stats in previous years, I'd still say it's at least two mid 1st's in an average draft, which is similar to the value you converted in this trade.
